Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains how Direct Vitality Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit directvitality.co.uk. We are the data controller.
What we collect
This website is informational. It has no accounts, checkout, newsletter sign-up or contact forms, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting a page does not send your data to font providers.
Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is necessary for our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Email. If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your query.
Videos. Where a page includes a YouTube video, nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) processes data under its own privacy policy; we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
Purchases on Amazon
When you follow a link to Amazon and buy a product, Amazon is responsible for your personal data under its own privacy notice. As a seller, we receive limited order information from Amazon to fulfil and support orders, and we handle it only for that purpose.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email info@directvitality.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
